Need a Virtual Visa/Mastercard for SHOPPING - NOT necessarily needed for PP verify

I have not posted here in a while, but I am looking to buy a reloadable OR non-reloadable Virtual Visa/Mastercard with a relatively large load amount (AT LEAST $2,000 minimum) which I can buy with Paypal (fully verified paypal, if necessary).
I do NOT necessarily need this card for Paypal or any other account verification (though I can't rule out the possibility of that need at some point in the future)
But at this time, the only thing I will need this card to pay the $2,000 deposit/application fee for a school that I'm applying to.
It does NOT need to be reloadable OR a physical card, and I can provide all legitimate, and GENUINE identity documents (state ID, passport, etc.) as and if needed. ID is NO problem. I just need an instant/virtual Visa/Mastercard that I can buy using Paypal, and that I can buy with an available shopping balance of at least $2,000 minimum.
I'd appreciate anyone who can help me, as I'm in a real time crunch as I'm trying to get the application in for a program starting in June/July, and I need to get it in ASAP, so that I can hear back and then arrange travel visas, residency permits (the school is in Europe), housing, plane tickets and other tasks.

Need Cheap Virtual Shopping Card Urgently
I need to get a $50 vcc visa/mastercard urgently to pay a bill online.
I've been trying to buy it from Pandarian, but despite telling him several days ago, that I need it urgently, he has only been responding sporadically, and despite several messages & PMs has still not sent me an invoice, or link to pay. So I'm concerned about sending him money - that may disappear with no vcc in return.
I have $59 in a paypal account, that I can use to pay for this card, and if it costs more I can pay the extra remaining balance in a few days. I just need a $50 visa or mastercard hopefully before the end of today.
Can someone please help me out? Or tell me where I can get a cheap vcc visa or mastercard with a $50 spendable balance??
